        Bad experience with customer service, they are not at all careful with the materials they are delivering to you, the person in charge of the warehouse, he is the one who delivers the material, he is very distracted and is not careful with the materials and because of those carelessness, you have to return another day to pick up the material that has been damaged just for not being careful to move them.

      Angel, we're sorry you did not have a good experience with loading your material at our warehouse. We are aware that one box of your tile accidentally fell during transport at our dock, and we did our best to rectify the situation by giving you the chipped tile (to use for cut pieces), and providing a replacement box at no charge to you. Unfortunately, we did have to transfer the replacement box from another one of our warehouses, which is why you would have to return the following day to pick it up. Your box of tile is ready and waiting for you to pick up anytime that is convenient for you. We hope that you will return to work with us on your next project!
