My sister-in-law has gone here for about 6 months. Itâ€™s a gamble on if you get a competent employee. Yesterday she was sent to hospital after treatment and they didnâ€™t notify next of kin. On another occasion, one person didnâ€™t review chart and took too much off during dialysis causing colleagues to have to stabilize the patient and then the employee at fault blamed my S-I-L! The financial manager let insurance lapse for nearly 3 months - didn't know until referred to another specialist for separate work and they wouldnâ€™t treat because she had no insurance. (So I guess dialysis was okay not getting paid.) They have no winter weather plan - just â€œweâ€™ll be open if you can get here.â€ So we are supposed to just venture out, hope they are open and enough employees made it in to conduct treatment!? This place needs serious oversight. Lodging a formal complaint when they open on Monday.
