        It was good but customer service can be improved. My stay was for two nights, on the first day a young woman at the reception was very kind to me and helped me change my reservation from a king room to a queen room at no additional cost, which I thought was incredible. The next day I left the DND because I didn't need room service but I needed towels which I asked for at the front desk and a lady on the night shift got upset because she said that was provided by the cleaning service, I don't think so. I wouldn't have to explain that I wanted some towels., but her attitude was rude.
