I will be refinancing with a local bank as soon as the interest rates drop. I'm sure any where else would value my business more. It is impossible to work with and communicate with online support. After dozens of calls to change my name, they state they cannot change it on my payment method because my "name is too long". Because of this, I'm unable to make payments online and can only pay via check through mail. My last check took 4 weeks to post to my account so I really have no confidence in this company. They seem to be a very disorganized and don't care about helping me with simple requests.

Michael Ramini and Michelle Hunter are an extremely great team to work with. This was my first home buying experience and they made the process extremely easy. From the first meeting through the closing we were never left wondering what was next as they always kept us in the loop on what to expect. Whenever we had questions they answered them right away. They were also very responsive providing us our numbers on properties we were looking at and drafting our lender letter when the time came to make an offer. I cannot recommend this company enough and plan on using them again when the time comes to refinance my home.
