Costco hearing aid store

Very professional and helpful. Never thought I'd need them, but here I am. Almost half the price of my general doctor for the same hearing aids.

We've used this Costco in past for other family members hearing aids and all was fine. This last experience has not been very good. The Kirkland brand aids lasted just over a year and both need to replace the battery. First one was sent in in April and we still haven't received a new or fixed aid. No one has called us regarding this. It took 3 calls on my part to get someone to tell me it'll be another week. That was two weeks ago. My father cannot function well without aids so we went to another audiologist and bought a new pair while we still wait. That's a lot of $$$
