I have been coming to this clinic for a number of years. My annual appointments were quick and Dr Reif was a pleasure to work with. Since Dr Reif retired, my experience with this clinic is disappointing. On my recent visit, patients that came after me went in ahead of me. I waited for 40 minutes and prompted the receptionist of my situation. The response was insensitive. I left the clinic and have no plans to come back.

Scheduled a routine eye exam a month in advance. Fairly simple. Was told upon arrival, after leaving work early and driving further than normal to keep the same doctor, that I was schedule for a problem visit and could not be seen. Although they were sincere in the mistake, no apology was given, therefore I will never go to this group again.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this office. I have been wearing glasses for 10 years and have never had such a poor experience. The doctor was unprofessional. I was his last appointment and due to that it felt rushed. Not only was it completely ignored that I wanted contacts but a health check was overlooked. For the past 10 years my previous doctor has found and taken a picture of a freckle in my eye. Dr. Reiff couldn't find it and gave up but not without telling me that if there is a freckle it is important to check it every year. Which is why I had told him I had one, he did not successfully locate. After I went in to get the glasses I had picked, they do not adjust your glasses to your face like many other offices. She told me my ears are extremely uneven and that one side wouldn't rest on my ear. She even pretended to bend the arm of the glasses and asked if that helped. I have never experienced such an unprofessional office in any type of doctors office. I will never go back and I urge anyone looking to go to this office to try and find a different doctor. There are much better places to go I promise you that.
