my car was towed here after it was deemed a total loss,i went in this morning to go get my items out of my car. When i opened the doors all of my things were thrown into the trunk, including glass items that were in my car before the wreck,they cut my belongings that i had on my mirror off so now they are ruined. They lost items out of my vehicle and when i asked about it i got no help just that they dont know . If you have a choice of where your car goes after getting into a wreck i absolutely do not recommend here.

I would never buy from this location again. 100% scam do not uphold to buyer protection wich clear stated in copart policy. The manager and regional manager are absolutely useless.
Again, stay away from this lot.

Make sure if you deliver any important title documents that you get a receipt, signature, and whatever else. They "lost" paperwork I hand delivered to them for a total loss claim. They are saying I'm going to get charged for my car being there. Even though it was there incompetency with my paperwork that caused a mess. I will never ever choose to do business with them again. Terrible company.
