        I called and got an appointment that day. Appointment timeframe was set for within 1.5 hours after I called. Tom even arrived a bit earlier than expected. What a blessing. The price was extremely reasonable and he was very honest with the diagnosis and what needed to be fixed. Customer service was top notch and I would highly highly recommend them over the bigger name plumbing companies. Thank you for being my neighborhood plumber!!

        Kendrick, at first introduction, was a fresh reminder of what customer service should be. Polite, professional. Kendricks service tech, Tom, showed up on time, gave great advice. Our circumstances living in an a particular HOA did not warrant further servicing at this juncture, but will call them back when the time calls. Again, a great first experience. Mike and Trina
