Red Top Wellness Center

I checked into Redtop Wellness to have my medication adjusted. I had a very positive experience with both Dr.s and the Nursing staff getting me on the right path for Bi-Polar 1. The Technical staff vas very supportive and assisted with my every ask. I felt accepted and accomplished for the first time in years with my new potentially frightening dual diagnosis. Red Top was the best residential place for me to go for my recovery. The staff is incredible, from the Techs, nurses, NPs everybody who worked there was so supportive. Very comfortable and safe environment for recovery. Also the after care team is great and they follow up regularly to check in and talk. Highly recommend Red Top for anyone who is battling mental health and addiction

I'm extremely dissatisfied with Red Top Wellness Center. They said they could help our daughter and released her within five days saying they could not help her after all. Then provided recommendation to a facility in Florida that they assured us could help our daughter and even flew her down there (mind you a thousand miles away from us) that now has since discharged her as well, because they also cannot help her now leaving her stranded in a difficult situation. This now marks the fifth Residential Facility we are seeking assistance. Now it has become extremely difficult for us to get her help because she is in another state now thanks to your facility. I hope in future you consider your recommendations carefully. You have left my family and my daughter in a very difficult situation.
