I'm really upset and have been trying for MONTHS to calm down. My favorite provider, DANNY LEE left the practice and myself.
I believe several other providers left as well.
I needed meds renewed, so I saw an affiliate provider via telehealth. She forgot even though I reminded her twice of my night dose. Since JANUARY 2023, I have been calling about this.
No call backs,no email nothing. I called front desk...other counties within Hyland and still nothing. I must have left a bazillion voicemails and nothing. It is now July and still nothing.
Insert a bazillion curses here ..................
Also whom received all these voice-mails?.
Hyland this is my life... 0 stars but that was not an option. Scum

You know the really bad jokes people tell? Well this place is the punchline. Very disorganized, bad systems, hard to get into, setting up an appointment is so ungodly as well. Not to mention if youre not in the system you have to be up here no later than 7:30 to stand in line to even get in to get in the system. Bring entertainment because you are going to be waiting a long time

So like the staff tried to force us to draw stuff that traumatized us and did exercises that made us all uncomfortable- but yk besides that- Andrew and Alex and Theodore were amazing I loved them- There was another lady i forgot her name- started with an M- OMG THE FOOD WAS BUSSIN BRO. AND there was a nurse she was so sweet. My experience was good lol-
6th grade me called the staff that made us uncomfortable out lmao B) [joking] I wish I coulda stayed in contact with my friends I made in the hospital I still miss them almost 2 years later :((

I was told that something that happened throughout my childhood never happened by the lady who prescribes medication which was extremely inappropriate on her part and invalidating. I also believe that I was misdiagnosed because I was going through A LOT at the time and needed someone to talk to about my issues and they slapped me with having bipolar when I dont even have the symptoms of a person who has it, but I do know people who have bipolar and I do not show symptoms of bipolar. This is absolutely disgusting and wrong on so many levels.

Highland rivers in Cartersville will let you die,Ive been there 7 times to try to get the medicine that I need for my bi-polar .the staff is only there to get their paychecks! Dont go here if you ever need help,THEY WILL LET YOU DIE!!!!!
