Dropped off a QSC K12.2 for a power issue....I figured it'd take a few weeks at least just to get it looked at... next thing I know 3 days later they called and figured out the issue and it was fixed a few hrs later! $60 diagnostic fee which applies to the repair....and 120 day warranty....very impressed with these guys!

Held the amp for 3 months before looking at it only to tell me they couldnt find anything wrong with it. Brought it home and played it for 30 min and the rhythm channel was messing up and ducking signal. Waste of time and money.

Mr. Franklin,Your unit was classified as “No Problem Found” for a symptom of “Effects Loop Not Working” and great deal of testing of all functions could not find any fault.This causes us to take more time trying to verify your complaint and is what led us to ask you to come in and test with us on the bench.After testing the unit with you and getting your acknowledgement that the symptom being described was not present, we left the work order as No Problem Found. Our standard policy is that for 6 months after declaring a No Problem Found, you can bring the unit back with no additional deposit necessary. If another symptom has appeared, you could always bring the unit back for another round of troubleshooting and potential repairs.-PAE MGMT

If you are having issues with your vintage stereo trust these guys to fix it. They do a great job amd are 100 percent honost. You will be waiting 4 to 6 weeks for a diagnosis but so what? In the end your component will be like new.
