Incredibly rude. Bad first impression. From the first phone call it was an instant NO from me. Thank you, NEXT. [edited not sure why the owner is attacking me for not being on file as a customer - I clearly stated I was disgusted by their unprofessionalism from my first phone call. So I did not join their CRM. I stayed FAR away - and I would recommend others do too.
