If I could give 0 I would. The front desk lady today is extremely rude, condescending and just plain horrible. I don't have my Medicare hmo card but I had my Medicare card. I told her my hmo is primary then she proceeds to say she can find it with my Medicare card then starts talking in circles. I asked if I needed to look up my care plus number and she was rushing me. I did not fill out or accept the bill potential if Medicare rejected my claim and she proceeds to tell me that I said I wanted to use that one which isn't true. I wish office securtiy cameras were available so I have proof of her attitude. It made me leave because I don't deserve to be treated as I was in a Healthcare environment. No one does. I feel sorry for elderly people and people tha actually don't understand Medicare and the advantage plans. They probably get billed all the time and bbb shows they do bill when they shouldn't. She simply needed to say that I had to have my Medicare hmo card number not Medicare direct and she could pull it up. She wasn't listening. Then she was rude when I called her out as I was Leaving and when I became rude. That woman should not be dealing with patients. I wouldn't trust her to stick me with a needle for my blood after that experience. Oh yeah, my name wasn't on the urine collection cup.

Lab tech was great, but front desk person was abrasive. Location is a bit shabby.

The front desk lady is very rude and unhelpful. I have been there twice with the same experience and wont go back.

RUDE receptionist! Was told to check in electronically and I would be seen in the order of check in. I replied that I had an appointment In 10 minutes. She became enraged. soooo rude! As I was leaving after the blood draw, a lady in the waiting area told me her appointment was 20 minutes ago and she was still waiting to be called. I used this same lab about six years ago and they were rude then! I used them only because the VA sent me there. Other nearby labs are so superior to this lab!

The lady at check in is super rude. Very disorganized. Its a horrible place to go. Appointment is at 9:30 and so far no one has called my name. Its 9:45 now.
