I dont understand why the bad reviews, I see now people like to complain about everything. When I arrived I went to check in (self service in a tablet and super easy). The lady at the front desk was the one who collected my blood, she was extremely talented and I say this because every time I go to my doctors office and those offices where they hire anyone the people who draw blood say they cant see or feel my veins and they make me drink water and this is an excuse cause they dont know what they are doing. I didnt feel a thing when the person was collecting my blood, wasnt painful or uncomfortable at all and I see they have talented and experienced personal in lab corp, I was extremely satisfied with the service and I cant say they made me wait or were rude, from now on Ill be visiting this place to get my labs done

This place is absolutely ridiculous. So Im waiting to have a test done in the lobby and I didnt want to sit down because I was wearing a very light grey dress (almost white) and the chairs looked gross. So, I was just asked to leave and wait outside because I wanted to stand up beside my chair as opposed to sitting down in the chair. And, just in case youre wondering, no, there arent a lot of people here. There is only myself and one other person waiting in the lobby right now and the other person is sitting on the opposite end of the lobby I am not close to anybody so this has nothing to do with social distancing rules the lady is just a bitter, angry, old toad.

Honestly this place is not as bad as the reviews make it out to seem. Ive gone twice now and each person that has taken out my blood has been super super nice and patient with me (even after explaining to them my fear of needles). From my experience, the front desk lady can be a little sassy but shes not rude.
