Scam scam scam don't book with these people. If you have no problem with just throwing your money away and never been able to travel where you want to go by all means the audience book with these people.

I made a reservation on your site 18 months ago for 12 days and now I want to use it. I have been calling and sending messages for 15 days, but no one is following up on my reservation.
I got a ticket for June 4, but now I don't know what to do
The contact number is not available at all
Now, after 15 days, they tell me that you should have made a reservation 20 days before
He said that you can leave whenever you want, but now he is doing something else
I can't change my flight ticket because I will lose the money.

We had a wonderful experience with Book VIP. We had to postpone our trip due to Covid and they allowed us to reschedule and kept us up to date with all travel restrictions and booking dates. Great communication throughout. A+

If I could give less than 1 star I would. They offered me a booking and I paid $215 and a $157.50 deposit. They called me 3 days before my reservation and told me I did not qualify because I live within two hours of the location. But they do not want to refund me the money I paid. They want to offer me another trip on another date. I don't want another trip. They won't give me what I paid for and will not refund me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
