We went there with Medicare primary & B/C secondary. Rude & incompetent girl said we had to pay $100 copay. We left, I called Medicare/covered at 100%. Went to another urgent care, never mentioned copay.

Lack of common sense hello earth have we met.
Always misplacing files Maybe you will see the same doctor maybe you won't. Heard of the saying one and done try to have a conversation and ask for some numbers they say have a good day and hung up I'm guessing they need to learn to listen a bit more. This place is Garbageio go elsewhere stay far away. Also if you have recomendation for referrals plain to wait weeks and call about 10 times before they recognize the file that is been sitting on the desk for weeks at a time.

We are new to Florida and are blown away at the lack of respect for someone's time and lack of follow up. My wife (with cronic medical issues)and I had video appointments at 2 pm and 2:30 pm. Here we are still waiting for for our appointments. This is a poor way to run a business and no way to "not" treat a patient in need of immediate care.

This is an awesome physicians office. Everyone is very kind and professional. I personally want to thank Tanya for your compassion and kindness that you always have for me.
