    The maintenance man Mr. Meeks was very professional and helpful. Good job sir!! Overall company is ok. They will fix things if broken. So I say good job for that. But that's about all. Overall solid company I say.

    My experience with Brandywine Homes was fantastic. From the first person to the last person of our rental period it was smooth and pleasant. Brandon Williford, the property manager, was so helpful from day one. We found the home last minute and he helped me with my many questions, constantly. I just had a major surgery and was so thankful for meeting someone like him. He was very professional. During the year, we had maintenance calls. Those gentlemen were also so helpful and professional. (Sorry I can't remember their names.) Diana Young, who I started to call frequently when we decided to relocate, was also so friendly, helpful and professional. We tried to stay with Brandywine Homes but unfortunately, there were no rental available for our needs. I highly recommend this company. The staff always got back to me in a timely manner. I felt safe and secure with them.

    Where should I start? I'll talk about Maintenance later. Very disappointed!! Providing misleading information and below standard customer service. The bal of the concession is not reflected accurately in our lease. We were slapped with a $300 to $320 increase to our rent for the remainder of our lease (with four months remaining). A "1st" for us!! All due to misinformation. FYI: Never had a history of paying my rent late. Paid early at times. I was clearly imformed and offered a base rent amount during the "move in" promo, which is $300 less than the base rent they are now demanding we pay, four months before the expiration of our lease. After that we received a threatening letter?!! Totally unexpected! Very distressing! Maintenance: A lot of big jobs were unfinished prior to moving in, even though I was assured the house was ready for "move in". The tube from the dishwasher was not connected to the pipe that flushes out the water. It caused a big flood. The list goes on but I'll stop here.

    Update1 -29-24 I have been here going on 3 years. I had the maintenence man William Meeks come out and he was on time knew, what he was doing, very understanding of my sleeping 2yr old and all around very pleasant to talk with. He got the job done fast an clean. I hope if I continue to stay an ever need a repair he is the one that comes. I am so glad to have gotten into my beautiful home with Brandywine homes. And having Renee is such a blessing. I'm a single mother of 3 working night shifts 6 days a week plus overtime nightly and anytime I have had communication with her she always was understanding when I didn't right back to her. She has always talked to me very respectful and knowledgeable. I hope to have many more years with her.
