I called on Friday around noon to request to be seen as a new patient, I was told that I would receive a call back on that day possibly Monday to be notified if they were willing to accept me as a patient. I described my symptoms, but declined to say which doctor I had seen previosuly. As I wanted someone to review my MRIs and be given a fresh diagnosis. I received a call back on Monday, and was told that the doctor had declined to take on a new patient "based on the information that he reviewed" which was none, other than my symptoms.
