finding good fried chicken is tough. Let me tell you.this chicken is the best Ive had in a LONG time. Whatever batter is used for frying is out of control. The flavor is on point, and they somehow do it in a way where the chicken doesnt feel too greasy. The tenders And the nuggets are big, and the gravy is some of the best Ive ever had. Dont miss this food truck yall!

We saw the Gigis food truck was in town at Walmart, and were in the mood for comfort food. We ordered ahead, and were very happy with the very pleasant smiling voice that took our order. Same with the gentleman that prepared and took care of our pick up. So nice! The food was wonderful! Generous portions of delicious comfort food. The fried chicken was delicious- moist on the inside, crispy on the outside, and so tasty. The large portion of mashed potatoes and gravy was peppery yumminess! The biscuits with butter and honey were delicious as well. The tenders, although not as crispy as the chicken parts, were quite delicious! The macaroni and cheese shells side was a meal size portion, and had a delicious homemade taste. We definitely recommend this food truck!

WOWWWW! Holy chick'n tenders! I am so glad I was able to stop by this food cart when it was in town. I missed it the first go 'round and I was bummed. But Gigi's came back. Here is my thank you from Fairplay!!! I got the tenders, mac and cheese and fries. The tenders are a southern style breading and they give you dips with no extra charge. (BBQ, honey mustard, ranch) The mac and cheese is AMAZING. It's made with shell pasta, peppery and creamy. And the fries are well seasoned, cajun style. You get more for your money here than most other businesses. What I'm sayin' is...I don't think you will be disappointed! Give this food cart a go next time it rolls through your town.
