My wife and I found this store and are glad we did. The owner has great inventory, fair prices, and the best store policies that allow his customers to get the right shoe. Our salesman's name was Michael. The owner is very lucky to have this kind, loving, patient, good listener, and knowledgeable young man. This salesman and his owner truly care for their customers feet and getting the right shoes and insoles. My wife and I will now be lifetime customers of this shoe store. I've shopped here a few times, both when it was Bells and now Altitude. Their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They take the time to listen to your questions and then offer multiple solutions or ideas.
I really feel that they offer the best individual service and highly recommended them if you have any running related questions
