        So unprofessional!!! The women at the front desk was so rude and dismissive. My sister called weeks prior to my nieces appt as she would be out of town and unavailable to take her, she let the staff know that me (patients aunt) would come with her daughter as her guardian. The woman on the phone confirmed and even went so far as to write it into my nieces patient profile to ensure there would be no complications. Come appointment time, me and my niece arrive at the office and they decline the service and even say that we may be CHARGED for it!! Extremely disappointed in their staff and customer service.

        It was my first time ever doing something like this and I had an amazing experience. My tech Alex was amazing, she was very professional, nice, and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend her and this location.

        I go to see Alex for my laser treatment! Shes very thorough, professional, and a total sweetheart. Very knowledgeable as well and I feel like my results have been great so far! Highly recommend. this is after six treatments and havent shaved in a few weeks.

        I have been going to Simplicity Laser for awhile now and even make the drive down from Fort Collins to Denver for touch-up appointments. Ive never had a bad experience here and feel they do an excellent job. They are efficient but thorough, respectful of privacy and always very friendly. Lauren has been my technician several times over the past 6 months and she is wonderful. Highly recommend this facility!
