The dentists here are amazing as is my hygienist! If it was just them I'd give it 5 stars. Front office staff needs to follow through with what they tell patients they will do.

Spoke with Ashley today, and it wasn't a very pleasant phone call. I felt like a kid that was being punished. She talks very monotone and dull. I need reassurance and someone who is understanding about my care, but she kept talking over me and pointing out my last missed appointment. I had an emergency and had to cancel my last appointment at the last minute. Ashley said it doesn't matter how many emergencies you have and that they do not acknowledge that. So now the only option is to be put on a same day appointment. I asked her how likely was it for me to get an appointment the same day, she didn't answer. Considering the likelihood of not being able to get in the same day, I will not be returning. Another thing I wasn't happy with was the number of calls you get when you don't confirm an appointment. They will call you 5 times on the day of your appointment to confirm. And the last time this happened to me, this was the first thing mentioned to me as I checked in. Which is also why I'm confused about missing an appointment, considering the overwhelming amount of calls you get to confirm the days leading to, and the day of.
