        Very disappointed with the store today. I went in to trade some defective shoes I had previously traded for a smaller size. Just to not get what I payed for plus having to pay more. So I did an even exchange they were 79.99 plus tax so over $80, and my son bought some clothing. Well I told the sales guy let me finish ny transaction so my son can pay for his, he said it will be fine since it's zeroed out with the even exchange. We'll today I went to exchange again beacuse they were defective and because my son used his $25 speaker bucks for his clothes thy said my shoe are now only worth $68... so I ended up losing money and having to pay more. The disappointment was the guy who help me the first time was there and didn't say anything... I was so mad. They lost a loyal customer today.

        Went to get my daughter some shoes, she wore them to school came home complaining about something poking the back of her heal. Took them back to the store and they wouldn't even exchange them. Long story short go to legit stores, where you have that safety net. Now I'm out nearly $100 on some defective shoes.
