Benchmark Urgent & Family Care - Sacramento - permanently CLOSED

Such a blessing to have found THIS urgent care!!! I was feeling sick and did not want to go to ER with minor pain. I called this place and they told me to come on over. So I arrived and on the spot they couldnt find my medical info; that was resolved fine! I got to see Dr.Jordan and was out the door with my antibiotics in less then 30 mins. Followed up two days later, I felt very important! Thanks guys you guys are wonderful!

Made appt for school physical for my daughter. We were seen within 30 minutes of appt time and had nice experience with the nurse practitioner. Would recommend!

It was my first visit and my reason for being there was minor, so not much to really be able to evaluate them, but setting the appointment up online was a snap, the office was clean, the staff friendly, and I was in and out in 30 minutes with prescription. They even called me a couple of days later to see how I was doing and I thought that was a nice touch. Thankfully I was able to report I was doing much better! P.S. I received an email later stating that this location is now permanently closed!

Terrible experience. I was the only patient there and waited 45 minuets before leaving. The receptionist was extremely rude. I watched her place callers on hold with nothing else going on. She seemed to take her time with no regard for anyone else. I wont go back.

I am very concerned that there are fewer physicians here than before. It seems they replaced them with non-physicians who are not being superivsed.
