Front desk receptionist was not welcoming or knowledgeable on helping me with patient paperwork! Her customer service skills was terrible!

The staff of this urgent care were kind, thorough, and efficient. We came in to get imaging done for my fiance after he fell on his foot. They had an x-ray technician staffed even though it was a Sunday (they mentioned they have them there every day), and his Anthem insurance was accepted. We had a great experience overall. The only thing knocking it down one star was the COVID mitigation practices in place. Though all staff wore masks, they were "baggy blue" surgical masks rather than N95 or KN95 respirators, and they were not fully covering mouth and nose of all of the staff. Additionally, there was poor airflow and no HEPA filters in the building. If they increase their mitigation practices to ensure no respiratory illnesses can be passed from patient to patient or practitioner to patient, I would consider it a 5 star experience!
