The doctors are helpful, been going to this clinic for 5 years now. However, the receptionists are becoming progressively worse and they barely want to help out people. Terrible TERRIBLE service on their behalf.

I wish there was a "Zero Star" option because I would give this clinic the lowest rating possible. The front desk staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They never follow up with patients and even when my son's doctor referred him to a specialist, it took six months to get the referral codes needed for the new hospital. Despite calling them multiple times, they never sent the codes, so I had to go to the clinic in person to get a hard copy and then deliver it to the new hospital myself. This is just one of many big issues I have faced with this clinic. Despite making an appointment, I arrived at 3:00 pm and it is now 3:49 pm and I am still waiting to see my scheduled doctor. I do not understand the meaning of an appointment if they just call people in randomly. My time is important and I expect them to honor my scheduled appointment. This is very bad service and I am considering changing my family doctor.

When I first started going there it was good. January of last year, I called for a back injury I got at the gym and wanted it checked out before I went out of the country for holiday. I had an over the phone, not televisit, about it. He told me to get some blood work and reschedule before I left in 2 weeks. So I got bloodwork and walked in because it was next door. I explained to the staff because I was having a hard time explaining over the phone. They booked me another appt via the phone. The doctor calls and tells me my blood work is good. I'm like ok great, so my back and he's like schedule another appt. I thought maybe he wanted me to get bloodwork to see if I had an drugs or anything in my system. My appt wasn't to check anything about diabetes or anything blood work could tell. So I went on holiday with my back injury. So about 2 months later I got really sick and I called, they gave me another telephone appointment and gave me a bunch of allergies meds. He said my cough sounded like allergies. I had no voice. He prescribed an inhaler and a bunch of other allergy meds. I noticed at times the inhaler worked but I kept getting sick. I would call back in and get another telephone appointment and get prescribed more allergy medicine. My eye became swollen for some strange reason and I called, they gave me allergy medicine and pink eye meds. I ended up at the er because it was swollen shut like someone hit me. At this point, I haven't seen a doctor here in person at all and this was in September. I had no voice at all because I kept being treated for allergies and I would ask if I can get an inhaler. I was going through the inhalers like water. None of the doctors started even showing up to the telephone appts either. I ended going to the hospital because I couldn't breathe. They decided to keep me because my blood pressure was extremely high and my oxygen was low. They thought I had copd because the way I couldn't breathe. Turns out it wasn't my allergies, I had severe asthma and basically it was untreated and I probably would not have made it another day if I didn't go at that time. I ended up spending a few days there before I could leave until I could breathe semi normal again and my BP went down. Also at this time my therapist switched insurance so I'm in the middle if finding a new therapist and I was told to get my meds from my primary doctor. When I got out of the hospital, I called and explained that my psych meds were running out and when I was going to need a refill and a follow up about the hospital. The staff person put me on hold and came back and said I need an appt for the psych refills. I said when and she said I have an opening Saturday. She calls Saturday and ask if I can come in earlier so the doctor can go to lunch and I agreed. I got there early and ended up being seen the same time my original appt was, so the "doctor" basically tells me he can't prescribe meds. I explained I needed blood pressure meds, my psych meds and possibly maybe some test or something, I had a stay in the hospital. So he said sorry he can't prescribe my psych meds and said the BP medicine I was taking at the hospital was wrong and I should take this other one and he could prescribe melatonin for sleep. I couldn't understand how a Dr couldn't prescribe medication. So I'm supposed to go without my psych meds with no resolution and a new BP medication because you said so when obviously the hospital knows my condition better than you. He barely looked at the discharge papers. So to top this whole thing off, guess what was sent to the pharmacy.. ALLERGY MECICINE. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I'm not even sure if the last person I saw there was actually a doctor at this point. I could have died because of my "allergies". I forgot to mention that they never prescribed any blood pressure medicine at all eventhough I was literally also in the hospital for high bp
