        Shabnam is an incredible Yogi :) She does an amazing job regarding instruction, as well as making her clients feel very welcome! The studio smelled great throughout our session, her music selection was exciting yet still serene & her voice was as warm as can be. Thankful for her help on my journey to better flexibility & mindfulness!

        I love power yoga!! The team is AMAZING i always leave the classes feeling so good in my body. Dani charlotte, Adriana, Katie, and Jamie are incredible sculpt teachers. Whats also great is that they offer Vinyasa classes, and non-heated classes.

        Love this CP location! Everyone at the front desk has always been friendly and welcoming. If youre looking for a challenging class with great music, Mae Cs sculpt class is by far my favorite! But every instructor crushes and it cant recommend enough!

        Penny could not have been ruder about class this morning. The app did not show the class as full when I booked and I showed up to the studio to find I was on the waitlist. She was not kind at all about the situation. As a fellow instructor I was super unimpressed with how she handled things.
