Ekam Yoga & Pilates

This was my friends first time and my second time doing Pilates and we loved it! We were so nervous leading up to the class and it all melted away once Debi got started. The music was great and we felt very welcome. After a bad experience at a different studio I thought I would never try this again, but Debi was fantastic! Her positive and gentle energy kept us motivated to power through. We were already planning our next class with Debi on our walk home. Maddie at the front desk was also a huge reason on why we booked. As beginners we didnt know where to start, but she was so insightful and kind taking the time to explain everything so we felt comfortable and confident. Thank you so much to Debi and Maddie, we will see yall again soon! Ps. If you dont have Pilates socks, they have really cute ones for sale at the studio :)

Yoga with Billy Pinkerton. Billy is a huge asset to Ekam. Hes a favorite instructor I look forward to practicing with a few times a week. Billy has a good vibe and I always feel amazing after I leave his classes. All around fabulous experience with meditation, asana, breathwork and sound.
