        I'm so impressed with Michelle Ross, she is absolutely amazing! I'm the administrator of my mothers estate and had to get her taxes prepared from 3 years ago. I explained the scenario to Michelle and she completed them within 30 minutes. She listened to me and was very friendly, caring, thoughtful, empathetic and professional. I was facing a deadline and she was so knowledgeable, she answered all my questions. She made getting the taxes completed such a positive experience. I will definitely return to her with my future tax needs.
