Staff is amazing and theyre trying their best but unfortunately if you want to print something expect to wait 40+ min as they only have 3 printers and theres people who dont know how to use them or are printing multiple copies. Pro tip: bring in your staples gift card or your physical card because the machine doesnt take Apple Pay/ Tap to Pay

Everyone is always extremely friendly and helpful. Any time that I have had questions regarding a product, the staff at Staples are knowledgeable and have assisted me. They are extremely courteous to me and have even walked with me to my vehicle to load heavy items.

They helped me out with shipping since I work long days I didnt know they accepted and did shipping but they informed me of all my questions over phone as well as in person

Staff makes up policy as they go along, without managements knowledge. I prepackage and pre-print my UPS labels so I don't have to wait in line, especially during the Christmas rush. I had two of them to drop today, and a very young girl saw that I went ahead of the line to drop my pre-paid boxes (no receipt needed) and informed me the store policy changed, and I had to go behind her friend in line. The young man working the UPS shipping station totally backed her up. I complied reluctantly, and on my way out, I asked the manager about the new policy and he was totally surprised, and assured me that pre-paid packages without a receipt can be dropped without delay. I go to this Staples all the time, and I really don't understand the 2 young peoples motivation for doing this, but I have my suspicions. Ageism is hard to prove, and I won't say that was it, but it sure seemed like that to me. So it's been a month, since the owner said she'd investigate, that was just window dressing, I've never been contacted, and there's been no follow up on this review.
