        Went there to pay cable bill ,great paid it,then I wanted to switch cell phone services rectum, oh I mean spectrum and they tell me that I need an internet hook up 1st. For about 72.oo mo. Then I get the phone and add that to the cost and were looking at140 a mo. Yea they really care about us seniors.

        They never get the bill rite just ridiculous every month all the phone calls you have to make to get it fixed

        Have to wait 30 minutes just so they can scan in my old modem. No thank you I will just return it faster at the ups store with the label they provided when the modem was shipped
