I have a cousin that lives there. It seems very safe. They have a doggy park and its gated . Everyone seems to mind their own business. The only thing I dont like is theres areas with dog poop, gross. I dont live there so I cant say much but other than it seems like a safe place for a family. It has a pool and a jacuzzi. There were kids swimming when I was leaving. I would think it would be so cold since its February but it was open. Thats kinda cool.

I've been here for about 4 months. I'm so glad I found this place. Management is on point. And maintenance is doing just as well. From the first interaction, I haven't been disappointed. Thank you all very much. Keep up the great work.

OH GOD WHERE DO I START, this apartment complex seemed actually decent AT FIRST, but they are nothing but a joke dont let them fool you once you move in they forget about decency and communication to the point where it causes you to have extra medical bills, mental/emotional distress, basically trauma! They do the most laziest work EVER you mind as well take care of issues yourself especially if you think its an emergency or high priority. Always have documentation on when you communicate with them and when they communicate with you because they can never say they communicate back when they dont ACTUALLY have any documentation, which in my case saying theyve been reaching out when im neglecting them when its actually them trying to save money ignoring me, this will help you out when needed (im sure you will at some point). We terminated our lease because of uncured MOLD that was not handled on a timely manner that turned into MUSHROOMS yes MUSHROOMS growing out of my bedroom carpet, this all started from a leak from an issue they had with their water drains not working and windows that dont work which over time got worse because they never followed up with MINE and my partners SEVERAL follow ups. This is the most inconvenient situation i have EVER been put through, they DONT CARE. They leave you lucked out and expect for you to have somewhere to stay and spend more money besides the uninhabitable apartment, me and my partner were in and out of the unit because of the living MUSHROOMS in my bedroom cause health complications as i mentioned several times to give them a chance that i am immunocompromised which could have even lead to MY DEATH. Another big issue was the leasing guy Damien, hes so unprofessional its actually hilarious how hes licensed to be an agent. He played nothing but games once we told him we were breaking our lease, its all about his commission and tried to play us like were dumb basically breaking everything down how terminating our lease was gonna go by pulling out his calculator saying were gonna owe 11,000 after we leave, which is crazy cause where do you even get those calculations from? Thinking we were gonna freak out and stay, I KNOW MY RIGHTS. Damien would also call without leaving any voicemails about the context about WHY they even called, like we have their number saved to even know whos calling for what?? This is also probably their way of their communication skills. Damien also would joke around about how they are infested with ROACHES as if its a game, youre playing with peoples hard earned money lying about the living situation at Evria New Diamond Valley! This is the DIRTIEST apartment complex ive ever visited, also most neighbors are dirty,disrespectfully loud, and the dumpsters are over filled trash everywhere! Good luck.
