Worst night mare ever ! Doctor Juan lzate was the worst Non patient roughest doctor. He rushed through the whole procedure hurting me. Heads up he gets mad if you make face expression or tell him youre in pain ! Do not recommend at all I was in @ 12:30 and left @2:30 and walked out crying of pain. He gives no explanation what so ever of the process everyone looks like theyre scared of him even his assistant . Its been 2 months and im barely starting to eat normal again !

Amazing dentist. He's pulled a few of my teeth and I never felt pain or bit. I wish he did more than pulling wisdom teeth bc I'd choose him for my dentist. All the staff are amazing. They're professional but very friendly. You can totally trust this dentist with your teeth. To have an extraction of a big molar and have zero pain is amazing. No dry socket either. I recommend him if you need extraction. I had another dentist pull a smaller tooth and it hurt so bad. Not enough shots and she didn't have the strength to pull the tooth so it broke in many pieces in my gums. Grrrr that one hurt for a long time. But Sr Alzate no problem excellent dentist and staff.

This guy is extremely evil . These reviews are fake. He tried to retraumatize me by saying I needed my front dental implants taken out due to not enough bone, root canals redone and posts also taken out of those, 2 false cavities. He gave me a $4,200 bill that was a complete lie. Beware, these dentists get the same pay for surgery when they extract teeth from medi-cal insurance. The dental board did nothing and said there wasn't enough evidence. I asked for the x rays after getting a second opinion and x-rays the next day from another dentist and his office manager said someone broke in and stole them. Please gather as much evidence as possible to lock him up for life and take every dime from him. He pulled a woman's teeth I know, all 32, saying she didn't have enough bone. He's that bad. Stay away from him at all costs. I am so lost on why he is still practicing dentistry. Everyone has complained about him and alot of yelp reviews were taken down. Get a second opinion if youve already seen him. I fell off of a fence but i wouldn't wish the pain of missing teeth on anyone except him. I warned you.

I had an appointment at 9am for an extraction. I Wasn't seen until 11:30 and was told that the extraction may not happen the same day as this is just a consultation. I was shocked. I received a consultation in the same office for the same tooth 2 months prior. And 2 1/2 hour wait with an appointment for a consult? When the doctor came into the office he asked how I was. I replied that I was a bit frustrated because I was told I was there for an extraction by the front desk only to wait 2 1/2 hours only to be told it was a consult. I have been in severe pain for days and need the tooth out. He replied "you and everyone else in this office. I only have two hands what do you want me to do". I was shocked. As time went on and I agreed to spend 500$ on a bone graph that I now question if it was needed. They booked me for a 1:30 treatment time, most probably be azure I agreed to spend money. Of course I didn't get in until 2:30. So 5 1/2 total hours at the office now. Then the Dr comes in and begins to administer the anesthetic. I wince in pain. He doesn't stop. He just goes faster and I begin to cry. He asked me why I'm crying now it's numb. He began the procedure while I cry and shake. He pulls and digs at the tooth with no regard that I am an actual person and not to mention the meds had only just been administered. I was not fully numb yet. He continues, as I cry, he shoves in the "graph", puts in sutures and says "there it's out" while throwing up his hands and walks out. I feel absolutely and completely traumatized and violated. He has zero bed side manner, no professionalism and does not care one bit about the person connected to the tooth
