My experience with Western Dental at the Fresno location ( cedar & shields) has been a pleasant one. The staff and Doctors are professional and friendly. I gave a four star only because of scheduling issues; perhaps do to a lack of communication among the staff.But so far, no major issues..

Juliette provides a welcoming service as soon as you walk in. The security is essential to being relaxed in a safe space.

I had an appointment with Dr. Chen...she had prep 2 crown today & it doesn't hurt at all. She was so gentle & took her time taking care of my tooth. It was scary at 1st cuz my legs were shaking like crazy than once she's done it was a relief. Thanks to her other assistant..she put in the temporary crown before my real crown come. I really appreciated they let me pay tomorrow cuz the bank hold my check until tomorrow. All staff were friendly & helpful. So, today was a great experience & I love Dr. Chen. Thank you Dr. Chen for taking care of me today.
