Calm Clinic

The Calm clinic is beautiful. The vibes given are of peace and tranquility. Dr Gross is a great listener and provides solutions that are easily understood. I'm glad this clinic was referred to me!

It took awhile to get in touch, and when you're experiencing cancer and stress from the loss of a daughter, that's difficult. Nevertheless, she was very kind and look forward to speakiing with her again. We have an appointment scheduled for 12/2/23 Hope it's on time. So glad that I didn't post this when written, as Lisa, the PA, didn't even bother to call to cancel which is so unprofessional. Going to report it to my insurance today. 0 stars if possible.

I Am so glad that Im using Calm clinic, my therapist is very caring and knowledgeable. The clinic is easy to deal with and I have only good things to say about them.

I did not enjoy any part of this process. I had a hard time getting any response initially. Very little follow through, and after setting an appointment, the doctor stood me up. I have never seen a company so ill-suited for their customer base. I wish I could give it a second try, but I feel so cheated and hurt by the lack of respect and responsibility on every level.

They flaked on my appointment and I've contacted them several times. No call to reschedule and just pretty much got ghosted. Very much a let down for someone trying to stay on their meds. I found another place
