RAY & JENNI ARE THE ONLY REASON I CAN TOLERATE, THIS LOW BUDGETED BRANCH. I went in today to receive a notary, I was greeted By Melissa, but unfortunately A notary was not what I received, She denied giving Me a notary, because I need some document that looked like a cover letter. I was confused, BUT OK point is WHAT ARE YOU ALL GOOD FOR , if I have to go to Zion Currency Exchange ( THANK YOU LINDA C for Your help) for the services You all should be providing for Your Members.
They come off as if They are doing the members a favor, But without the Members They have no Bank.
I will be closing All my accounts in due time, due to The lack of customer service and they are not able to produce services I need.

If you want access to your money when the bank/CU receives it, then go somewhere else. No other bank/CU that I've dealt with holds your money for 5 days. When they receive it you should have access to it. I'm currently looking for another bank. It's my money.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Dont use this back!!! Over draft after over draft!!! Wont allow Mobil deposit until account is open 3 months. The card kept getting declined when there was plenty of money in it! Tried to close accounts down, was told they were both closed and they tried charging me over drafts after I thought they were all closed! Why would I have to pay anything on a closed account!!!!!!!
