Would not recommend Dr. Stephen Knox to anybody. Went to him because my original PCP at PrimeCare of seo retired, I had gone here my whole life prior to having to go to Dr. Knox. Found a new doctor immediately. Horrible experience!!!!

Very good Dr, I definitely would recommend him. He takes the time to listen to you and he follows up with medical issues. If you are in need of a Dr he is a good choice.

My son got into some poison ivy. Called to see if I could get him seen. The receptionist informed me that they would not see my son because he is not vaccinated. Disgusting!

My wife and daughter recently went out of town to get support from her family since we are not from here and my daughter was struggling sleeping. While out of town my wife had our daughter seen by another doctor. This was only temporary and plans were previously discussed with Dr Schmieder. When we attempted to reschedule our daughter’s 6 month vaccines and we were told our daughter was no longer a patient and would not be accepted back. Very disappointed by the lack of understanding and miscommunication. It is clear their interest is to have every room full to maximize their revenue and the patients interest comes second.

Dr. Hothem and staff were very unprofessional and rushed during first prenatal visit. There was someone with the Dr. the entire visit and they never introduced themselves. The room was unsanitary as there was a foul smell and still bodily fluids in the trash from a previous patient. My questions were very rushed, and I felt like a number.
