The lady on customer service was very rude, very unhelpful, she didnt even give her name to. i was Referred here by the VSO in Newark....but i wouldn't recommend anyone from this office if your a veteran. The lady talked like she didnt care what my situation was, and cut me off multiple time while explaining my situation.

So impressed! The lady that waited on us was pleasant smiling and efficient! Knowledgeable and caring! When you come to a place in need of help and actually receive help. That speaks volumes.
