      image Lived in this hotel for several months due to work. Staff were great, location is great, breakfast was great. I love how close it is to everything. Some rooms can be noisy due to the train and/or AC, so I had to do a couple different rooms different nights until I found a quiet room. After spending so much money at this hotel, I was disappointed that I was charged $50 for a dirty hand towel. They said I needed to replace it, and asked if I washed my face with soap before using the towel to take off my make up. Excuse me, WHAT?! we had multiple employees have several different rooms here for months, and they charge me $50 for a hand towel because they said I dirtied it with my make up and it needed to be replaced?! We will stay at the Sheraton from now on.
