Horrible experience, owner son was rude and unprofessional. Unless you want to to make multiple trips due to them constantly messing up on paperwork, I would suggest going somewhere else.

Ok I really don't like to give businesses bad reviews. Especially the local ones. But I will take my time to advise clients no to buy from this dealership. Before my son purchased a car. I asked around to get advice on a local dealership who would put their customers first. I was advised plaza and Michelle's auto. So we started with Michelle's auto. Everything went well and they made my son and his father that they could be trusted. He also purchased an additional warranty since the vehicle he purchased was not new it was 2014.
Well for the 6 months+ he couldn't gets his plates. He would call them and would get the round around. He then went to their office and pushed them to speed up the process. He finally got them. Now we ran into a bigger problem. My son drove his brother to his special Olympics meeting during the the rain. He drove on a puddle of water and one he arrived at the bowling alley. The vehicle stopped out on it's own. He tried turning it on since the car never had given him any trouble before. He finally got it to turn on and he could hear
metal sound coming from the front of the car he then had the car towed since he didn't want to damage anything. Once he got home he called Michelle's auto. Once again the round around. Finally after he went in person few times and was told the owner will be the only one who could decide what to do. They ask to tow it to their locatio. he did with someone they recommend. Once again weeks went by and after so many calls he finally got a response back. The insurance would not cover since the engine has been shot and will require a new engine. He purchased this vehicle only about a year since he purchased from them and they also provided all the oil services to keep the warranty in place. They stated the warranty company came down and checked the engine themselves. Michelle auto stated the warranty company declined the repairs and Now he' is without a vehicle and $20, 000 loan. Their come back was he is on 22 years young man and probably didn't took care of the vehicle. I'm not a mechanic but I believe that if he was mistreating the vehicle it would have shown Everytime the oil services were performed. Also before writing this review I spoke with my son who is a mechanic for over 12 years and said it was bull.. so I felt confident writing this review. Let me explain something I work for a local company that our reputation is what keep us in business and people really trust us. I found out not every company operates the same way. So please do your research and don't believe everything car dealership tries sale you and feed you . Im sure we are not the only people who this has happened to. But please try putting reviews on their page in case maybe the owners are no aware and they can fix their reputation before we continue to advise others not to buy here.. I will continue to feel to purchase local but with companies who put their clients first and that can be trusted. Thanks
