Took more than 1 hour of wait an nothing had to leave cause it was going to take more than 20 minutes an I just needed a flat shoe didnt even need them to check me or nothing so absurd the waiting time

Dont bother making an appointment. Took three hours to be seen for a DOT physical. Absurd! Ill go else where next time.

Don't bother making an appointment, they'll get to you when they get to you...
Update: So they replied to my review as you can see stating "A clinic manager will be reaching out to you in the next two days so we can discuss your experience further." Yeah, that never happened so don't be fooled that their response indicates that it was a rare isolated incident. Historical this place is packed at least every time I've been in there (three times) and I've always had to wait an extended period of time despite having an appointment. Typical medical industry standards, profits over people...

I went in to update the medical part of CDL and I was outta there in about an hour. The documents are digital as are the printouts, making for an smoother process. Thanks for bringing you're A-game to the table!
