Was sent a referral to this office. They said they would look into my fathers files and would give me a call back. I called to check on status a week later and she said that they are at full capacity. Basically, they dont want to accept him as a new patient. Why didnt they mention that earlier when I called about the referral? All of a sudden they dont have a spot for him as a patient. Receptionist was rude and didnt give me an explanation why. Why look into his files when you are at full capacity?! What a waste of time!

rude doctor..... i came in with my dad to translate to make an appt to make an order for a head scan. the dr started talking about mental health which is fine, but then proceed to degrade my dad in front of me by saying he lives in America and should know English. he then asked me if i work, go to school etc.... im not the patient here... and that doesn't concern you at all. talked and asked so much nonsense that he made himself late for the next appt that a staff had to come remind him. and mind you, my dad and I was waiting in a room for 20 minutes and I hear him talking unimportant things and walking about outside the door. so unprofessional and rude. (we came in 15 minutes early for paperwork too and got called back on time.)

It's been a long while since I saw this neurologist but, had to see him on referral about a year ago.. The only benefit from my seeing him was that he figured out that my seizure med levels were toxic, but talking to him about what I needed to do was weird. He'd said things like "you don't need to work. Just relax, stay home. Go on vacation" but never endorced anything he said.. He said I should go see a Psychiatrist but that wouldn't address any of my issues. Anyway, since I didn't he just dropped my case. They wouldn't acknowledge anything he told me or try to help anymore.. waste of time, mostly

This guy is a joke! He gaslights his patients into thinking their concerns are irrelevant. The appointment was basically him talking over us and bashing on our ethnicity.

I like that this doctor listens to what I say while getting to know me as a new patient. I like that his scope of medical knowledge is wider than many, many other doctors I've seen. I do not like that he was so intent on his prediagnosis of my symptoms that the rest of the appointment was moot. He ended up being wrong but I was so disenchanted that I do not want to go back and continue my care. He is a valuable doctor though and has done amazing things with other clients though. Word of mouth is how I found him and of course referral.
