Extremely disappointed with the behavior of Agent and Owner Wilden Pujols today.Not only was he arrogant and had a sense of urgency to speak ahead of me when asking about a $200 jump in my moms insurance costs. But he was sarcastic in explaining to me the reason and mentioning that I should know these things are happening to my moms account because I handle everything for her. For someone that doesn't know our personal or financial lives and situation, I felt that was extremely rude to assume that I already had this knowledge . After then saying that I want to cancel because we deserve an agent that has more respect for us, he tells me "You're not gonna find a better and more lenient agent than me. You can try , but you won't". I am now at inappropriate tones because I feel cornered as a customer and feel personally attacked. Is this man assuming that my mom and I aren't capable of finding a better agent because of our lack of knowledge around details that we weren't trained to understand?What a terrible thing to threaten two women with. When I asked for the recording of the conversation upon calling back after he hung up on me, he yelled and told me  he doesn't have to give me anything and not to call back his office. Parents with language barriers and that aren't so tech savvy get emotionally taken advantage of by people like this all the time , and these same people can't stand when the son , daughter , or loved one of that person is there to call them out on their behavior. I hope no one else has to experience this mans terrible attitude, sarcastic tone or short temper . I do hope that Wilden Pujols is able to enroll in a customer service training, and possible suspension, because he clearly forgot what's it's like to have empathy .
