Decent pay, EXTREMELY fluctuating hours. If you have a life outside work, this is not the place for you. Great co-workers, EXCEPT for project manager. Project manager is the poison of that facility; he is constantly disconnected from everyone else, NEVER takes responsibility for his mistakes, is constantly changing schedules without notifying anyone, and is oblivious to any of the company's policies. Example: during my exit interview he attempted to have me return my CFR book that was rightfully mine. It took another individual to tell him that I was allowed to keep it. This is just one of the MANY examples as to why he would be a good candidate for Worst Boss of the Year. I can almost hear him now belittling me after I left... If you can tolerate lies and lack of leadership by the project manager, you can make it here; everyone else at the facility is genuine and great to work with.
