One of the worst stays I have ever experienced. All you have to know I found two mice in my room, and when I let the front desk know, they seemed the least bit surprised. The hotel is also under MAJOR construction with hazards laying all over the hotel (especially the lobby). Absolutely horrendous experience. For your sake, look elsewhere.

I recommend going anywhere else. Booked thru priceline. They said could not find reservation even though they had other people from same reservation in their system. Priceline tried to call them and they had unplugged their phone. They refused to resolve the situation. Had to go elsewhere and pay more.

This building is under COMPLETE construction.
We received no notice and even when called we were not told.
Rooms were not livable. We had a mouse trap in our room with evidence of mice along with holes in the wall they were stuffed with paper towels.
We did get a new room however they were not done renovating so we had no towels, smell of paint all weekend and no trash cans.
The hallways were filled with debris!

Still under construction, dust was everywhere in the room. Comforters were stained. Key cards didnt work so we were told we had to wait in our room until maintenance could fix the door lock. Thankfully he did come after only 20 minutes of waiting and a phone call to the front desk.. Besides the very loud road noise all night long that one may expect to deal with. There was pounding at 6am that sounded like hammers. And then to top it off a drill came alive at 7:30am, along with more and more pounding. I realize the place was under construction, but do they realize guests pay for a place to sleep? Hallways were also very noisy. No sleep in this place! No hot water some of us took showers at night, some in the AM no hot water for any of us. No place to hang your towels, not enough towels for the 4 of us, not enough electrical outlets Also check your bill random overcharges appeared.

The receptionist was rudehe said I had an accent and was hard to understand me and do a reservation, which I completely disagree because I speak English very well. I was going to get a room and then when I questioned him why he couldnt understand my accent if nobody has problems to understand he simply said he didnt have that room available for the week. He acted with prejudice against me. I wont be interested in staying at this hotel after this
