Due to an auto accident injury, My husband and I sought representation from Martz and Gailey LLP. We were impressed by the professionalism, effort, and consistent efficiency of our attorney Herm Gailey. We also appreciated his staff, especially Cheryl Bradley who was always available to answer our questions when I called. Responses were always prompt and well explained. Mr. Gailey guided us through each step of our case, which did go to trial and had a successful outcome. We felt prepared for the trial because Mr. Gailey and his staff, reviewed all information with us, answered all of our questions, and kept all my records, out of pocket expenses, and circumstances involving this case well documented. Keep in mind, that injury cases are a team effort, and it is also important as a client, to be dilligent in sending in medical co-pay reciepts, and other out of pocket expenses to your attorney so they can compile these records as they occur. Shame there isn't a zero star rating. I would not hear from the attorney for months and then he put off the settlement until the very last moment before the deadline. We had to settle for next to nothing. I would never consider this firm again.
