I have been using CertaPro's services for around a year now, and I am extremely impressed with their exceptional customer service and end product. Every time I reach out to either Vince or Tim, they promptly answer their phones. Their proposals are usually provided within 24 hours after the initial walkthrough, with pictures so everyone is on the same page about the SOW and what is being completed. They always arrive on time, respond to queries quickly, and seem to be passionate about their work. Moreover, they are transparent about their capabilities. If they cannot complete a task, they've provided a referral and kept tabs on the progress to ensure everything is done to our satisfaction.
Their professionalism and thoroughness in conducting business are so outstanding that they are a Type A personality's dream. This level of thoroughness makes me feel secure and trustful in their services, knowing that every detail is being taken care of.

P.S.- Their AR team (Heather) is just as phenomenal and a pleasure to work with. We do not have to track down invoices because she quickly turns them around when the project closes.

I am extremely impressed with CertaPro. The painting crew that was lead by Fernando & Gerardo in OC was professional , meticulous , and communicative . Our house has transformed since the exterior was fully painted. CertaPro was also the most competitive as far as pricing . The communication throughout the bidding process was also excellent . I highly recommend CertaPro .

We needed some minor drywall repairs inside our house and some maintenance painting on our fascia boards given the extensive rain over the last two years. Dan Miller and his team were efficient, courteous, and did great work. The best part was how reasonable the project pricing was given the quality of work.
