Rachel the manager at the Yorba Linda site is all sweetness and light while youre a Prosoect but dont rub up against her. Shes rude and a bit of a spoiled child if things dont go her way. The studio facility and teachers are great but deals are very overpriced for what you get because class availability is slim to none. Do not buy clothing. $205 bought a fairly bland pair of pants, skimpy shirt and peds. I bailed when I saw that $250 per month availed only one or two actual classes per week due to class limitations. Highly recommend you go elsewhere.

While I do absolutely love the studio and the instructors I am disappointed in communication after deciding to end my membership. Unfortunately, my entire family got COVID and I couldn't keep going even after I started to get better. I understand there is a 30 day cancellation policy but I spent over $300 and was unable to use any of those classes due to extended complications from COVID. It's hard for me to call during normal hours as I have a toddler and baby so I text message which usually always has been a good way to communicate. I did reach out via text asking if there was anything that could be done about the money I paid but no one ever responded.

I have not ever visited Club Pilates Yorba Linda so I cannot speak to their Pilates Instruction, services, facility or equipment HOWEVER, I can say their Sales and Customer Service team is very aggressive. I completed an interest card online but subsequently decided against trying Pilates. They have contacted me 10 times (6 texts + 4 voicemails) to ask if I'm still interested. This is unacceptable and borderline harassment. If I was ever to reconsider Pilates, it certainly would not be at this location.

This studio is amazing! It has transformed someone who has always AVOIDED exercise into a person who looks forward to every class. Alana and her team start each day with an upbeat style and the instructors keep that positivity going. I highly recommend CLUB PILATES YL.
