Yanceyville is the Triad's best kept secret. The crime rate is extremely low and it is affordable and beautiful to boot. This community is wonderful. Mostly retirees and families. Every one gets along very well.

Mrs. Kathy is very friendly and helpful. She took the time to help me understand how the housing program works. I couldn't believe this was affordable housing! This changed my ideas about income based housing.

Meadowview Apartments have toxic black mold in them! Do not move here if you value your health and life! It looks good on the outside but the air ducts and air quality is full of deadly mold! The property manager is also very unprofessional! The property owners are there to make money but will not fix the mold problem. This apartment should be burned down!
