i went yesterday with my friend to grab a part that takes 5 minutes to pull and i waited 5 hours for it. stay away like the plague. The worst customer service you can think of.

We're sorry to hear about your long wait time, and we understand your frustration. Unfortunately, because of our list of orders we have, we pull parts on first come first serve bases. When customers are told there will be a wait they still decide to wait here , even though we do let you guys know you will get a text when your part is ready for pick up.
